Cancellation and Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if you cancel your registration spot 60 days or more before the event start date. After that time, no refund will be issued UNLESS we are able to fill your spot.

Fulfillment Policy

Upon check-in at the event, you will be issued your physical rallye memorabilia as well as meal tickets to be used at the included meal times.
